Guidelines for Foreign Applicants Applying for
THAI POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

A. Foreign applicant residing in Thailand can apply for Thai Police Clearance Certificates at the Police Clearance Service Center, special branch, Royal Thai Police at the following address :

B. Foreign applicant residing in the United Kingdom and Ireland who have previously worked or resided in Thailand can apply for Police Clearance Certificates at the special Branch, Royal Thai Police at the following address :

Building 24, Royal Thai Police Headquarters,
Rama 1, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand

C. Applicant under category A and B must submit the following documents :

A certified photocopy of Passport

Document(s) which proves that applicant has worked or resided in Thailand.

A certified photocopy of Thai Working Permit (if available)

Two photographs (1 inch by 2 inches)

Three sets of fingerprint. (For applicant residing abroad, fingerprint must be taken at local police in the residing country,
together with the official seal and signature of the official taking the fingerprint.

An envelope with pre-paid stamps (for applicant residing in Thailand) with applicant's address to mail certificate back to the applicant. (for applicant residing in the United Kingdom and Ireland, please contact Royal Thai Police for more detail how to send your certificate back.)

ข. บุคคลชาติไทยที่อาศัยอยู่ในสหราชอาณาาจักรและไอร์แลนด์ประสงค์จะขอหนังสือรับรองความประพฤติ ให้เตรียมเอกสารประกอบเพื่อยื่นขอหนังสือรับรองฯ ผ่านสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงลอนดอนดังนี้:

สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง

สำเนาบัตรประชาชน

สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน

สำเนาหลักฐานเปลี่ยนชื่อ / นามสกุล (ถ้ามี)

สำเนาใบสำคัญการสมรส หรือ หย่า (ถ้ามี)

รูปถ่ายขนาด 1 นิ้ว หรือ 2 นิ้ว จำนวน 3 รูป

แผ่นพิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือ จำนวน 3 แผ่น (สามารถติดต่อขอพิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือได้ที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทยประจำประเทศนั้นๆ)

ขอไปรษณีย์พร้อมแสตมป์จ่าหน้าถึงตัวเองเพื่อจะได้จัดส่งกลับ
