เมื่อวันที่ 29 เมษายน 2552 เอกอัครราชทูตไทยประจำกรุงลอนดอนได้เป็นประธานเปิดงานนิทรรศการ The King of Siam at Taplow Court ณ Taplow Court เมือง Maidenhead มีบุคคลสำคัญและแขกผู้มีเกียรติทั้งชาวอังกฤษและชาวไทยในสหราชอาณาจักรเข้าร่วมประมาณ 150 คน มีการแสดงพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์พร้อมพระปรมาภิไธยในรัชกาลที่ 5 สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าเสาวภาผ่องศรี พระบรมราชินีนาถและรัชกาลที่ 6 พระบรมฉายาลักษณ์รัชกาลที่ 5 และพระราชโอรสบริเวณหน้า Taplow Court และถ้วยรางวัลที่รัชกาลที่ 5 พระราชทานไว้แก่ชมรมกรีฑาของโรงเรียน Taplow School ในปี ค.ศ. 1897 ซึ่งโรงเรียน Taplow School ได้ใช้เป็นถ้วยรางวัลสำหรับนักกรีฑาดีเด่นประจำปีของโรงเรียนมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน Taplow Court เป็นสถานที่ที่รัชกาลที่ 5 เคยประทับเป็นระยะเวลาประมาณ 2 เดือนในระหว่างเสด็จฯ เยือนสหราชอาณาจักรในปี ค.ศ. 1897 งานดังกล่าวจัดโดยสถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทยประจำกรุงลอนดอนร่วมกับ Soka Gakkai International-United Kingdom ซึ่งเป็นเจ้าของปัจจุบันของ Taplow Court

On 29 April 2009, the Thai Ambassador to the United Kingdom opened an exhibition on “The King of Siam at Taplow Court” at Taplow Court in Maidenhead. The event was attended by about 150 distinguished Thai and British guests. Included in the exhibition were the original photographs with signatures of King Chulalongkorn, Queen Sri Bajarindra, King Vajiravudh, photographs of King Chulalongkorn and His sons taken at Taplow Court, and a Siamese Cup presented by King Chulalongkorn to Taplow School’s athletic club in 1897. The Cup is still presented every year to the school’s most outstanding athlete. King Chulalongkorn spent about two months at Taplow Court during his first visit to the United Kingdom in 1897. The event was co-hosted by the Royal Thai Embassy in London and Soka Gakkai International-United Kingdom, the present owner of Taplow Court.
