3. E-Passport applicants must apply in person at the Consular Section, Royal Thai Embassy, London Note: Please dress correctly for your new passport photograph which will be taken at the Embassy. During the application process, your fingerprints will be collected.

Note: Please be informed that you are required to provide your personal details i.e., your forename and surname, as they appear on your Thai Citizen Identity Card, Birth Certificate or House Registration document.
